Anime about steam engine technology. The main character is a boy, who's grandfather sends him a parcel containing some special mechanical components via courier. From that point on there's plenty of action and people deceiving him and chasing.

The love interest in this movie a bratty girl. she's was rather annoying.

During the first half of the movie there's some plot, and some vague arguments about embracing technology used for harm.

The second half consists mainly of action. It loooks like a RTS game where the tech level is stuck on steam engine age. Reminds me of the mechanical dragon engine in Chrono Trigger.
