Instead of George Clooney's butt we see his teeth. He is a smooth talking lawyer, concerned with marriage and divorce contracts. In this world marriage is just a game for rich people, who pair up and divorce, and try to acquire as much money in the process. This involves the court case with the expensive lawyer.

This movie is a comedy, with amusing dialogue, scenes and characters all through the movie. Nothing too deep here.

3.5 out of 5 stars.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is convincing as Marylin Rexroth, a gold-digging man-eater. And George Clooney's Miles Massey must be the world's most likeable divorce lawyer! In fact, all of the characters in "Intolerable Cruelty", including Marylin's cheating husband (who has an unhealthy fetish for trains) are likeable in a quirky way.

"Intolerable Cruelty" has a very old-fashion feel to it, and has no big surprises -- the dialogue is witty enough, the filthy rich are quirky enough, and the story is easy to follow. Good, harmless light entertainment.
