Fun movie about zombies and gore. Its not scary, the jokes aren't that funny, nor does it have any twists or even a decent storyline. All of characters are annoying, so one doesn't feel attached when bad things happen to them.

The beginning of the movie was the best bit, with the zombie child, but its downhill from there. The rest of the movie is very predictable and silly. There's quite a lot of gore and violence in this movie. If you want to turn it up a notch, just imagine that all the zombies that are killed are really people.

2 out of 5 stars.

Yet another unsatisfying zombie movie, however it doesn't suck as badly as "The House of the Dead" -- simply because they used better actors and special effects, and the dialogue wasn't as bad. Also, it didn't feature annoying horny adolescents (or too many of them, anyway).

If you enjoy watching zombies being killed in many different ways (exploded, stabbed, chainsawed, shot, axed, etc.) and humans being killed by their own stupidity, then "Dawn of the Dead" would be somewhat enjoyable. Otherwise, it is a no brainer.
